                               RESOLUTION NO. 19107
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY'S 
                   OFFICE TO INSTITUTE A LAWSUIT AGAINST REECE 
                   TRUCKING & CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR DAMAGES 
                   CAUSED TO SEWER LINES DURING WIDENING 
                   CONSTRUCTION OF HIGHWAY 153.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the City Attorney's Office be and is 
       hereby authorized to file a lawsuit against Reece Trucking & 
       Construction, Inc. for damages caused to sewer lines during 
       widening construction of Highway 153.
